Insurance for older missionaries

I'm having trouble finding a company willing to insure us for 70-80 day trips annually now that we have passed the age of 66. Does anyone have any suggestions? We've not bothered with insurance the last two years as we're in Europe only a short flight from home and visit doctors etc just as the locals do. But our mission is insisting.
