Chat will be at the top of the front page. It is only visible to members of OSCARactive. Jump right in and introduce yourself i.e. First name, where you are, what you do etc. If any of this info is 'sensitive', just de-personalise or use general terms (i.e. 'middle-east' instead of a specific country). Make sure the sound on chat (little speaker icon at the bottom of the chat box) is turned up so you can hear when someone adds a message. Use the smilie icons to convey mood.

Wish OSCAR a Happy birthday in a new language by writing on his wall in OSCARactive or Facebook.
Where are you?
Add your location to the Member Map (hover your mouse over the 'Members' at the top of the page and 'Member Map' appears beneath).
Bring a friend
Use the invite button to invite someone else to the party. Just click on Invite and add their email address with a little note saying 'Come and join me at OSCAR's 10th Birthday Party today!!'

You've been cross-culturally framed
A prize awaits the person who submits the funniest cross-cultural youtube clip! (Or you can upload your own home made one). To do this click on the 'Video tab on the top menu bar', then on 'Add a video' and then follow the instructions. We have posted an example entry. If you have any problems uploading please get in touch. All clips should ideally be less than five minutes long.
