An excellent point Tim, the opportunity to talk through a field placement can make the difference between burnout and resilient mission. There are key and excellent resources in place across the country. Brook Besor Trust is run by former independent missionaries, though they work with all mission agencies too, one of a number of good resources (including yourself of course).
