UK Visa issues related to Tax and Employment Status

Two part question:

  1. Have any of you had or come across UK visa issues related to tax and employment status for non-UK nationals working with UK based mission agencies or churches?
  2. Does anyone know of someone who is knowledgeable about this area and who would be willing to advise others?
